Adam Savage has built everything from ancient Buddhas and futuristic weapons to fine-art sculptures and dancing vegetables. He began his career in 1993 in special effects, contributing to more than 100 commercials and a dozen films, including Star Wars prequels and Matrix sequels. In 2002 he was chosen to cohost the Discovery series MythBusters, which ran for 13 years, garnering eight Emmy nominations and busting 1,015 myths along the way. Savage returns to TV this winter as host and executive producer of MythBusters Jr., a new show on the Science Channel that will let kids show off their ingenuity and STEAM skills.
